Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluates, analyzes, recommends, develops, documents and implements new program features, product promotions, practices, procedures, standards, guidelines and cross-business unit initiatives to achieve the organization's operational and financial goals across all customer touchpoints (e.g., e-commerce, stores, veterinarians, customer relationship management platforms, e-mail, mobile telephones, etc.). Activities include:Identifying, studying, and developing reports and executive presentations on growth opportunities, business model innovation, competitive practices and industry trends, and expanding the reach and value of the program to drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Works with marketing, technology product management, customer relationship management, merchandising and other stakeholders (e.g., Vet, services, store partners, etc.) to plan, design, develop and implement communication, training and other activities.

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters: Develops project proposal or plan to determinetime frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Confers with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares and communicates project reports for management and others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

• Develops, analyzes maintains and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics and identifies trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree business administration, or related field; 5 years in technical and/or business management, including 3 years of experience in project management with project tracking and metrics or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.Experience in developing presentations, analytics andleading Initiatives.
